The firmware I upgraded to is the Ender-3 … WebThe body of the BLTouch should be 8.3mm 8.5mm +/- .3 mm above the build plate when Z is at 0.0. Once you have it triggering properly, you will need to go into the Control menu, Motion menu, and adjust the Z Offset. This will adjust how far the head is from the plate when the BLTouch triggers.

Keep screwing it more and more until you see it initialize reliably that is it should move out and back twice to initialize. When the BLTouch initializes correctly then the leveling can be completed.
