I fill until the high side is 2x-3x the temperature. If its 70F out, fill to 140-210 psi. I also feel how cold the air is coming out of the vent and also watch the sight glass (if there is one) on the receiver-dryer and stop filling when the bubbles disappear. I don't go by the low side pressure.
