WebJul 6, 2024 · I think you can, and they stop the heist set-up missions from being a complete pain in the ass. As already pointed out in this thread, the Oppressor Mk.2 cannot be used in heist setups and finales. Freeroam prep work = anything can be used. WebVigilante can be used in heists. I have a theory its limited time only for halloween. All the teens will buy the 3.5mil shark card just to get it. And because there are already 3 exclusive halloween vehicles which are pretty unique, this could be a possibility.
