The first one gives the Razor as a starting item for Eve if the Razor itself is unlocked. Also, a modded players.xml file (original edited before the unlock) can prevent Eve from starting with it. So is there a seperate acheivement for 'holding', the razor blade? 'cause I've done requirements.
