WebCDPAP Consumers take control of whom they hire as a caregiver, this includes friends or family members. The chosen caregiver will be compensated through the program. We are an approved Lead Fiscal Intermediary (FI) of the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services Program, also known as CDPAP.
