Web1 I'm using fedora, and I manually installed java in /usr/java/jdk1.6.0_45/jre, using command "rpm". While there is a default java version in /usr/lib/jvm/jre-1.7.0-openjdk.x86_64/bin/java. If I type "java -version" it shows 1.7.0. And as I installed Java using rpm, update-alternatives --config java still shows only 1.7.0 version.
