WebAlso, the saves are in the save folder in the kenshi directory. I don't think there's anyway to delete them from within the game itself (if there is I don't know how). Start the game, click "Load save", left click on a save file, hit the delete key. Then try a fresh reinstall and move your save into that to see if it makes a difference.
