I have the cooler connected to the cpu fan header and the pump header with lighting cables daisy chained and connected to the jrainbow.

I mainly use EVGA gpus and ASUS mobos and never had a problem. I can do a cold boot and enter the bios... and all my fans, ram, cooler, gpu are all displaying the colors I had set to them.
