When Mosins were imported from Spain, not all were marked. The ones that were either had Made in USSR or Made in URRS stamped on them. This rifle has a partial URRS stamp. It's stock isn't as heavily sanded as many SCW rifles, but it's a mixmaster like many are.

The Made in USSR stamp actually add to the value because it is a know exporters mark from Spain. 1936 and 37 were the most common SCW rifle as Russia was sending them directly from the factories that were making them.
